CITIZENS use city of Banda Aceh Blang Padang field to jog every morning. It would be much different on Sunday, thousands of citizens crowded the jogging track for exercise. Jogging path along the 1km there beside the small inscriptions Aceh mark thanks to countries who have helped the Aceh tsunami. But unfortunately, the field width of 8 ha is still a dispute over land ownership between the TNI with the municipal government of Banda Aceh.
