Physical and Spiritual


Our bodies have enough stamina strong. We have to keep them going balance in life. Yet strong body means a strong, healthy jg our souls. Body is part of the body, where we need to keep it for everyday life. Body also requires that food in accordance with the Energy Adequacy Score. Besides regular exercise keeps the body healthy and awake immune from all kinds of diseases that come.
In the course of our activities require the body and soul healthy, to continue running normally. When we watch, the activity can run automatically with what we planned. The food we eat is very supportive to our body's metabolism. Get plenty of rest and relaxation interspersed with making the days we live more comfortable.
Than physical, we need to consider the spiritual. Where is the spiritual soul is our mind set in the act. Here we need to feed our spirit.
